 Yellow Squash
 Olive Oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 Spices of choice

Using a mandoline, slice squash or zucchini into thin and even
slices. You can also use a knife, but try to make them as uniform
as you can. You want them to be thin, but not paper thin.

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
The slices can be close to each other, but not touching.

Brush the slices lightly with olive oil using a pastry brush.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and your favorite spices.

Bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 hours.
