Sauteed Kale

 1 large bunch of kale, coarsely chopped
 2 tbsp -3 olive oil
 ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add garlic and red pepper flakes
and cook for a minute.

Add kale and salt and pepper, and mix well. Cover and cook for 5
minutes, tossing occasionally.
