Bell Pepper Nachos

Try this creative and delicious twist on traditional nachos with bell pepper nachos as a tasty and satisfying main course. A healthy and satisfying dish that will please your taste buds.
3 cups sliced bell pepper into (into chip sizes) about 3 big bell peppers
¼ cup salsa of choice
1 avocado
½ cup shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lay pepper slices in pan and put in oven for 5 minutes

Keep oven on but pull out peppers

Add cheese and put back in until melted

Top with avocado, salsa and any other nacho ingredients
