 ¼ grated Parmesan cheese
 ⅛ tsp black pepper
 ⅛ tsp salt
 ⅛ tsp garlic powder
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 tomatoes, cut into slices

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add
olive oil and mix together.

Arrange tomato slices onto baking sheet. Spoon oil and cheese
mixture onto the slices.

Bake until tomatoes and soft and topping begins to warm (about
20 minutes).
