Garlic Roasted Cabbage Steaks

 1 head of cabbage cut into 1-inch slices
 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil
 2 to 3 garlic cloves, smashed
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a baking sheet with nonstick
cooking spray.

Rub both sides of the cabbage with smashed garlic.

Use a pastry brush to evenly spread the olive oil over both sides
of the cabbage slices.

Finally, sprinkle both sides of the cabbage with salt and pepper.

Roast on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Carefully flip the
cabbage steaks and roast for another 30 minutes until the edges
are brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
