A community hub for healthy eating.
Mobile Market
Our Mobile Market provides weekly pop-up farm stands in communities with limited access to fresh, local produce. Launched in 2016, the market visits more than a dozen locations each week from June to November, including low-income senior housing communities, community health clinics, and public housing communities. Each season, we host almost 400 markets, process more than 4,000 transactions, reach more than 1500 unique customers, and distribute more than 170,000 servings of produce.

Meet us at the Market!
The Mobile Market serves as a community hub for healthy eating. We offer free recipes, cooking demos, and taste-testings for our customers, and we partner with organizations like the Richmond Henrico Health District (RHHD) to help you connect with other community health services.
The market offers a rotating selection of fresh, local, seasonal produce often harvested the day before at our farm in Powhatan. Our most popular items are tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, collards, kale, and sweet potatoes.
Not only do we keep our prices well below farmers market and traditional grocery store prices, but we also offer an additional 50% off for shoppers using SNAP (formerly the food stamps program) thanks to the Virginia Fresh Match Program. And we have a loyalty card program to encourage repeat shoppers.
Everyone deserves access to healthy food.
