 2 lbs of zucchini and squash
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ cup parmesan cheese
 ⅓ cup breadcrumbs

Cut squash and zucchini into thin slices.

Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
