Pepper Salad

3 pepper ½ red onion ½ cup parsley 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp sesame oil ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the peppers and put them in a bowl. Slice the onion and add them to the bowl along with parsley. Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, toss with feta and1234
