 ½ cucumber
 1 large tomato quartered and seeded
 1 jalapeƱo, ribs and seeds removed
 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
 2 tbsp cilantro leaves
 1 tbsp lime juice
 ½ tsp kosher salt

evenly chopped. Add additional lime juice or salt to taste.
